I experience life through heightened senses and a sovereign spirit.

Every sensuality captivates my interest and makes lasting impressions; taste, texture, sound, shape, touch, color, movement, you name it, I am attuned to it. With great admiration and appreciation, I continue learning how to wisely interact with all energy, especially mine. I revel in the beauty of all things, extract the highest truth and then alchemize it.

Movement is an essential piece of my personal wellness practice because I enjoy it. I began as a gymnast, a ballerina and then a martial artist in TaeKwonDo. I played soccer, basketball, volleyball and ran short distances on the track and through the woods. I took to snowboarding when my family moved from Texas to Pennsylvania and then, in college, I found yoga.

I wanted to be an anthropologist, but I gravitated to the stage and then the airport. I learned to accept and understand my emotions through the vulnerability and compassion of others. From observing all the possibilities across nations, I learned that in all things I have a choice.

I was a ‘theater kid’ at SUNY Buffalo where I earned my BA in Liberal Arts and then I moved to Los Angeles where I acted in indie films and became a Grammy winning songwriter.

My interests in food, music, language, philosophy, sociology and psychology, writing, research and analysis culminated in a semester spent in Siena, Italy. It was a sort of heaven for me, where people are passionate and everything is art.

I learned the meaning of life from spending one year with Thai people. In Chiang Mai, Thailand, I began my formal studies in Massage Therapy. I advanced those studies at The Southern California Health Institute in 2013 and established a very successful, high-end massage practice in Los Angeles and Malibu, CA.

I have provided Physiotherapy and bodywork on national and international tours with notable performers and now have a thriving practice on Martha’s Vineyard.
I have participated in remarkable yoga and meditation retreats, most notably, in the mountains of Northern Thailand, in the rainforests of Australia and Costa Rica and most recently, Guatemala.

I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I completed a 200 hour Ashtanga/Vinyasa training with Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India and a 300 hour with Sacred Paths Yoga in Mal Pais, Costa Rica. I am currently walking the path of a YTT Facilitator and honored to lead where I can and learn always in all ways.

Happy to be here, honored to serve.
